My approach to digital imaging is shaped by three things: a foundation in photography, a commitment to education, and years of collaboration on commercial productions.

I was drawn to cameras, color, and the technical side of image-making long before working on advertising sets. Studying fine art photography gave me a foundation in light, composition, and visual storytelling, while years of working with Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One developed my understanding of digital workflows from capture through final delivery.

Education has remained an important part of my work. As a volunteer Lab Assistant at Latitude, a nonprofit community printing and education space in Chicago, I help produce exhibition-quality prints, assist with workshops, and provide one-on-one guidance on equipment, software, and printing. Teaching has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, troubleshoot problems, and adapt to different working styles.

Collaboration has shaped me just as much. Years of team sports, and now competing in doubles tennis, taught me to communicate, anticipate the needs of others, and trust the people around me. I bring those same instincts to my work as a Digital Imaging Technician, managing color, capture, and file integrity while connecting the photographer, client, agency, and production crew.

My goal is simple: keep the technical side of production running smoothly so the creative process can stay in focus.
